Mr. Loewer is a 1976 cum laude graduate of Middlebury College.

He served as a Practice Development consultant from 1980-1984 with Comprehensive Accounting Corporation, and as General Manager of Comprehensive Business Services from 1984-1987.

In 1987 he formed Loewer & Associates, and has served as Managing Partner and Tax Advisor since that time.

In 1999 Loewer & Associates relocated their headquarters to Weybridge, Vermont and has served a nationwide personal and business clientele from Mr. Loewer's 'adopted home' since that time.
